A global transfer is a permanent transfer from one legal employer to another. It results in the termination of an existing work relationship and the creation of a new one. All transfers between legal are known as global transfers. During a global transfer, the application creates a work relationship and assignment under the new legal employer. The termination date of the existing work relationship is one day prior to the start date of the new work relationship. You can transfer the worker within the same legal employer or to a different legal employer using the Local and Global Transfer flow. This flow can be used to do these types of transactions. In this scenario, the application sets the Last Standard Earnings Date and Last Standard Process Date automatically, but you have to set the Final Close Date according to your requirements.

In this scenario, the application sets the Last Standard Earnings Date and Last Standard Process Date automatically, but you have to set the Final Close Date according to your requirements. Perform all the payroll actions before entering a Final Close Date because the application terminates the original assignment after you enter this date.
How to rehire an employee in oracle fusion HCM
You create a person record and a work relationship in Oracle HCM Cloud when you hire an employee. When you rehire an ex-worker, you create a new work relationship because the person record already exists in the application. Rehire is the process in the HRMS , when the ex-employee of the organization join the organization again then the employee record for the employee which were in the Terminated stage goes back to the rehire mode and make it active. We need to do the rehire process for those employee whose records are already in the system but in the termination stage because they have leave the company in past. For new employee there is no rehire process. In Oracle cloud, the rehire process is little bit different as compared to Oracle apps. We need to do this rehire process to active the employee record so that we can create his account and other options too. Following are the steps:
Step 1:-Go to Person Management and search the Employee for which you want to rehire. We can only rehire those employee who are terminated in System.
Step 2:- Search the Employee and click on the Employee Name Icon in the Search results to open the Employee Record for that specific terminated Employee which you want to rehire.
Once the Employee record open, terminated employee record status shows Action Resignation.
Step 3:- In the Task Pane, We have Personal and Employment.
Under Personal and Employment ==> We need to Click on Create Work Relationship
Step 4:- Once you will be click on Create Work Relationship then
Select action: Rehire an Employee’ to rehire the Employee from Termination Stage.
Select Action Reason:
Legal Employer: Name of the Legal Employer to which you want to assign this employee.
Step 5:- After filling all the values then click on next button in the right corner top of the Page to proceed to next. In the same way, system will ask some other information’s to rehire the employee again in Cloud system.
